Hina also had the privilege to compere some mega events at State, National and International levels, such as:
- A documentary on Modhera Sun Temple, written by Dr. Chinubhai Naik the renowned expert on Indian Culture and Architecture, narrated by Hina Saxena and produced by Shri Vismay Shah of EMRC Ahmedabad, won the 1st prize in the National competition held at Delhi.
- Films on Opthalmology produced by the renowned opthalmologist Dr. Abhay Vasavada narrated by me have been winning the top awards at the "Opthalmology International Conferences" held at Boston, U.S.A since 1999 every year.
- A Documentary on the "Gujarat Earthquake" produced by Shri Bharat Dave of ISRO narrated by Hina formed place as a nominee in the National Festival of Films and Documentaries held at Bombay in February 2002.
- Government of Gujarat's all Vibrant Gujarat Navratri and International Kite festivals since the year 2003,and all the global investors summits with distinguished chief guests,such as the then Hon'ble President of India Dr. APJ Kalam, Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee, Hon'ble Deputy Prime minister of India Shri L. K. Advani and distinguished business Icons of Country.
- Government of Gujarat's Independence day, Republic day and Gujarat Day celebrations at Jamnagar (26th January 2003), Surat (1st May 2003), Patan (15th August 2003), Valsad (26th January 2004), Bhavnagar (1st May 2004), Anand (15th August 2004), Himmatnagar(15th August 2005).
- The launching ceremony of Singapore Airlines in Ahmedabad in the presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister Gujarat Shri Narendra Modi.
